Shippers can create domestic or international labels, request a pickup, view scheduled pickups, cancel a pickup, and start a new one. The app also provides access to a shipper address book and helps you find nearby FedEx locations for drop-off or pickup.

Delivery options

In supported regions, FedEx Delivery Manager adds controls for residential deliveries in the United States. After registration, eligible users can request a hold at a FedEx location, add delivery instructions, arrange a vacation hold, reroute a package, or manage a shipment that needs a signature. Some regions also support door-tag scanning, in-app assistance and rewards.
